Job Description
- Handling customer inquiries and complaints & Solving problems and escalating the issues to management when appropriate.
- Educate the customer with Etisalat products and services.
- Promote handsets and accessories.
- Up sell Etisalat products & services to the customers.
- Recommend products and services improvement.
- Ensure compliance to policies & procedures.
- Selling products and services using solid arguments to prospective customers.
- Performing cost-benefit analyses of existing and potential customers.
