Job Description
- Acting as Acquisition supervisor responsible for the registration campaigns of all the potential customers (planning, staff hiring, training and follow up)
- Define the catchment areas of his district.
- Responsible for hiring, training, managing, coaching, developing and motivation his team of commercial executives and control the activities of the field operations in order to optimize the targeted results.
- Responsible for achieving the customers’ satisfaction level assigned and solves any problem.
- Monitoring the results and makes the right decision to improve it.
- Develops and is involved in the customer strategy. She/he to make proposals to her/his line manger about the field operations (objectives, target customers, measurements …. Etc.)
- Implement, monitoring and following the customer strategy defined by the company.
- Responsible for collecting and reporting the customer demands / needs / Expectations and provide recommendations & solutions.
- Monitor, analyze and report all the competitors’ activities.
- Coordinate and ensure the availability of products, promotions and services with the concerned department.
- Report all internal and external activities to the district manager.
- Implement and check that the field operations organization uses and respects correctly GAHEZ concept and direction.
Job Requirements
