Job Description
We are looking for a product specialist who is passionate about building and expanding product knowledge, have a keen eye for spotting market trends, a willingness to inspire clients, and the ability to work both independently and within a team, and supporting and ensuring the successful completion of analytical, building and development tasks of our software product’s features.
Accountabilities:
- Work with product Owners and Business Analysts to refine business requirements.
- Define detailed user stories and requirements.
- Supporting the product designer in the creation of multiple prototypes.
- Working with the rest of the Content Build Team configure the products to design specifications ensuring that the solutions meet customer requirements and adhere to agreed design standards
- Work with deployment teams and client project teams to facilitate a smooth implementation of new product solutions.
- Coordinate with Quality Assurance team in troubleshooting bugs and quick resolution of client facing issues.
- Assist with product solution testing to ensure fit for purpose and Release.
- Undertake product solution demonstrations for the client and company stakeholders, clearly presenting the benefits of the solution.
- Communicate product features-related issues to the team for specific products.
Job Requirements
- 1 to 2 years of experience in product building or similar job.
- Good experience in documenting user stories and user guides.
- Basic software business analysis knowledge.
- Software web designs basic knowledge is a bonus.
- Software testing basic knowledge is a bonus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong sense of urgency
- Strong analytical, research and problem-solving skills working in a collaborative manner
- Microsoft Office Suite products (Acrobat, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
