• Responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of chatbot systems.
• Work closely with senior developers and project teams to understand user requirements and design chatbot functionalities.
• Maybe involved in coding chatbot functionalities, integrating APIs, and implementing natural language processing (NLP) algorithms.
• test chatbot systems thoroughly to identify and fix any bugs or issues. They need to ensure that the chatbot functions correctly across different platforms and devices, and they may also be involved in user acceptance testing.
• May assist in analyzing user interactions and data generated by the chatbot.
• Can involve extracting insights, identifying patterns, and using the data to improve the chatbot's performance and user experience.
• Responsible for documenting the chatbot development process, including technical specifications, system architecture, and user guides.
• Collaborate on various aspects of the project, participate in meetings, and provide input and suggestions for improving the chatbot's functionality and performance.
