Job Description
The Marketing Director is responsible for leading the organization's marketing strategy, driving brand growth, increasing market share, and generating qualified leads through innovative, data-driven campaigns. This role oversees the entire marketing department, manages cross-functional initiatives, and ensures alignment with business objectives.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to support business goals.
- Lead branding, advertising, PR, digital marketing, and content efforts.
- Oversee the planning and execution of campaigns across all channels (digital, traditional, events, etc.).
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and leadership teams to align strategies.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing marketing team.
- Manage marketing budgets, KPIs, and ROI reporting.
- Ensure brand consistency across all internal and external communications.
- Identify and implement marketing technologies and tools to increase efficiency.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 15+ years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
- Strong analytical, project management, and leadership skills.
- Experience with CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
