Job Description
- Develop and manage 3D models, resolve clashes, and deliver high-quality technical drawings.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and clients to ensure smooth, integrated project workflows.
- Prepare and oversee BIM Execution Plans aligned with ISO 19650, COBie, LOD, and industry standards.
- Audit BIM processes, provide training, and support team development.
- Manage Common Data Environments (CDE) using Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
- Lead coordination meetings and promote BIM adoption across departments.
- Oversee BIM budgets and stay ahead of the latest BIM technologies.
Job Requirements
- 10+ years of BIM experience on large-scale projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture Engineering (required).
- Advanced skills in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360.
- Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities.
- A background in civil, structural, or MEP engineering is a plus.
