Job Description
- Establish data base for customers using different means of communication and categorize it in Excel sheets.
- Arrange meetings with customers to represent our solutions.
- Answer all customer's questions accurately and advise on an appropriate solution.
- Achieve calls and meetings target and provide daily, weekly and monthly reports with the daily update for results.
- Inform customers of current promotions and discounts.
- Track all appointments, sales and complaints thoroughly for manager review.
- Maintain positive business and customer relationships to extend customer lifetime value.
- Self-improve continuously by way of experience and manager feedback.
