Sr. Finishing Engineer (High-End Finishing)

Oversee and supervise finishing stages from block work through handover, ensuring compliance with design specifications and quality standards.
Coordinate with multiple subcontractors (e.g., masonry, painting, carpentry, MEP) and monitor daily progress to ensure deadlines are met.
Ensure all safety regulations and company protocols are strictly followed on-site.
Prepare regular project reports and communicate effectively with project stakeholders.
Manage resource allocation (labor, equipment, materials) to optimize cost and time.
Liaise directly with the Project Manager to resolve on-site challenges and coordinate schedules.
