Job Description
Job Responsibilities :
- Prepare maintenance plan to optimize long term equipment reliability.
- Monitor and analyze shut down activities and schedule critical works ensuring the execution.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable environmental and safety regulations during the performance of plant maintenance activities.
- Ensure the availability of required spare parts and manage their consumption in adherence to the approved budget.
- Monitor equipment performance and develop corrective action plans to reverse any deviation against agreed standards.
- Prepare periodic analysis reports regarding the machinery’s performance.
Job Requirements
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical power Engineering
- From 7 – 10 years of experience in Industrial field (Electrical Maintenance of Production lines )
- Work Experience in PLC’s ( Siemens & Schneider )
- Work Experience in Classic Control, Analog and Digital Sensors
- Knowledge of Industrial Network ( PROFIBUS, MODBUS, ETHERNET )
- Work Experience in SCADA , Motor’s Inverters , AC , DC and Servo Motors , Electrical Maintenance for Transformers and Medium Circuit breakers.
- Experience in advanced pneumatic and hydraulic systems
