Job Description
- Making appointments to meet new and existing customers.
- Understanding your customers’ needs.
- Making presentations to promote new products and special deals.
- Contact potential clients through calls, emails, etc. to offer them properties all over Egypt.
- Generate leads through referrals, emails, phone calls as well as direct visits.
- Achieve sales targets set by the company.
- Advise clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements and related matters.
- Prepare and present business proposals to convince clients and secure selling properties.
- Interview clients to determine what kinds of properties they are seeking.
- Meet clients either in the office or outside (client’s premises, developers’ premises, project site, etc...).
Job Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 2 – 4 years of experience in the Real Estate field – Preferably in the commercial sector in the New Capital
- Age range from 22 – 30 years old
- Experience in Real Estate Developments and Contracting is a must.
- Presentable, Enthusiastic, Excellent Communication Skills, Good command of English Language, Ability to work under pressure, Professional sales skills, Good Computer Skills
- Preferably Females
- Preferably owning a car
