Responsibilities:
- Create and manage all technical tickets for all stakeholders.
- Check website and applications functionalities and report any issues for whom concern
- Follow up technical tickets and test updates with IT and developers.
- Ensure the working of payment methods and follow up its maintenance.
- Cooperate with IT, developers, payment gateway team for best website and applications performance.
- Cooperate with the analytics team to analyze the trends and threats and conduct plans for any emerging technical threats.
- Develop dynamic reports for the achieved, processing, and pending technical topics.
- Test all website and applications functions (payment, prescriptions, order flow, app crashes, and website and applications speed and performance) on a daily basis.
- Support and maintain delivery application performance.
- The employee's duties are not limited to the above responsibilities and may be assigned to other tasks depending on operational needs.
Job Requirements
Qualifications & Skills:
- English.
- MS Office and related packages.
- Communication.
- Excellent IT and programming background.
- Familiar with websites' back ends and applications.
Education and experience:
- Bachelor degree.
- 2 years minimum experience in the same field.
- Proved IT and mobile applications skills.
