Junior Video Editor

Geek Labs is a quickly expanding holding company. Right now, we are looking for a creative video editor to join our team. Please note that this position is onsite at the company's office in Maadi Degla and English fluency is required.

The ideal candidate is a quick learner capable of understanding English video scripts and adhering to YouTube channels' brand identities. Students will not be accepted for this position, please submit your video portfolio to be considered.

What you'll be doing...

Typically, the video editor would be given a script and audio recording to work with. You will be responsible for selecting the photos, footage, and effects that match the channel's brand identity and content.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Producing two 8- 10 minute videos per day
• Working on longer documentary-style videos as needed
• Adhering to the brand and style established
• Improving video quality and efficiency where possible
• Collecting footage and relevant video content when necessary
