Talent Acquisition Specialist

NOK Human Capital is hiring "Talent Acquisition Specialist" for Bless, the well-known personal care product manufacturing company.

-Screen resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, and shortlist candidates for further evaluation.

- Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.

- Communicate promptly and professionally with all applicants.

- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of job postings and adjust strategies as needed.

- Develop and maintain relationships with universities, recruitment agencies, and professional organizations.

- Coordinate with HR and other departments to ensure new employees have the resources and information they need.

- Stay updated on labor laws and regulations related to hiring practices.
