Specific Description:
Daily Application duties:
• Provide 1st and 2nd level of support in FICO – MM – PLM – HCM – ISH and RCM cycle.
• Provide technical and functional consultancy in FICO/MM/PM/HCM/ISH modules.
• Highly provision of SAP financial issues resolution & supporting users of accounting and financial
transactions on SAP FICO.
• Establish and supervise procedures of application support and App operation.
• Register and document received issues in the ITSM ticketing system.
• Coordinate with the ABAP and as well with the external vendors’ developers during the design and
implementation of any operational release of business cycles, screens, workflows, reports.
• Lead the consultant team of HIS application/SAP in back office (SAP ERP) and ISH/RCM.
• Allocating tasks to APP team proactively report team performance and work progress, and supervise their
performance in providing the ongoing technical and functional application support to business units.
• Responsible for participating in the application plans to meet the overall IT departmental plan and goals.
• Assisting in providing the needed guidance to the Hospital key users in critical Hospital areas.
• Upraising the application team capabilities, mentor them, assign, and supervise application team daily
performance and tasks.
• Perform regular tasks and checks of application on time.
• Provide continual on-hand training and awareness of SAP application to the hospital staff and key business
users whenever needed.
• Provide continual training to 1st line of service desk support team.
• Oversight and supervise the entire SAP operation and activities.
• Validate SAP Back Office/Front Office business cycles and define business process requirements.
• Suggest process improvement opportunities; develop near-term and long-term business cycles, workflows
and functions changes.
• Participate in SAP business workflows planning and development of SAP features and functionality
enhancement.
• Design and create SAP reports based on the business requirements.
• Monitor, maintain and update SAP ERP/RCM/ISH modules in accordance with DAFH business processes.
• Participate in Monitoring SAP performance and integration along with ABAPer and SAP BASIS.
• Participate in SAP DAFH projects implementation, changes and maintenance
Job Requirements
- Education & Qualifications:
• B.Sc. in computer science, or other relevant degree.
• Preferred past experience in HIS and back office.
- Work Experience Requirements:
7 years of professional experience in SAP ERP/ISH and RCM Modules.
Worked in Field-of-Expertise of Hospitals and clinical information systems is preferable.
High level of technical knowledge in the area of business applications and ERP systems.
