Job Description
Manage and undertaking of all the following:
- Preparation and updates of material status and purchase requests.
- Coordination with Project Management and other departments to carry out day to day Quantity Surveying services.
- Material take offs prior to the purchase requisitions for the projects and reports any irregularities to the control management.
- Evaluate both purchase requests and quotations and ensure quantities and specifications are in line with tender and project specifications.
- Items analysis and breakdown through project phases.
- Preparation of sub-contracts to be in line with project BOQ, specifications and drawings.
- Examine, control and evaluate sub-contractors invoices and ensure the contractual obligations are satisfied.
- Works very close with the project team to ensure that measurements, variations and contractual matters are properly recorded and notified.
- Track changes to the design and project work and issue change requests and variation orders accordingly.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Electrical engineering.
- Minimum 3-5 Years in Experience.
- Minimum 1-2 Years of experience in Site.
- Prior Experience in Technical Office is Preferable.
- Capability to accept responsibilities and accomplish project objectives in a timely manner.
- Excellent communication skills and strong English capability.
