Job Description

  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Filling to Customer's Claims.
  • Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately.
  • Answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls.
  • Receiving and sorting daily mail.
  • Taking notes.
  • Attention to details.  

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree from reputation University.
  • Proven experience  from 1 to 3 years in the same position.
  • Computer skills.
  • presentable and can handle issues.
  • Friendly and wants to play with team.
  • Speaking and writing English as fluent.
  • Females are highly preferable.
