Payment Acceptance Assistant Manager

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist in Managing Business products throughout the Products Lifecycle, gathering and prioritizing product and Merchant requirements, defining products vision, and working closely with engineering, to deliver winning products including all documentations & presentations.
• Supervises any BRDs, SRS and UATs related to the product with prioritized features and corresponding justification.
• Define the Business & products strategy and roadmap.
• Work with external third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities.
• Assist in Managing Business Day to day operations.
• Assist in product innovation, service innovation, and creating new business opportunities and develop Business cases related to new business initiatives.
• Be an expert with respect to the competition
• Assist in Development of the core positioning and messaging for the products, set pricing to meet revenue and profitability goals, Design & Monitor business products KPIs.
• Support the commercial team in sale and perform product demos to customers
• Brief and train the sales force at quarterly sales meetings
• Assist in the Supply side geographical expansion Plan, and propose an overall budget for the supply side to ensure success
• Assist in handling all the Commutation with the partners and ensure that partnership contracts with the Partners are signed. 
• Represent the company to the business community during meetings or events
• Act as a leader within the company
• Have a good knowledge of the regulations and its updates
