Job Description
- Participate in the preparation of plans for the curricula process and the preparation of estimated budgets
- Participate in the Development and upgrading of curricula, training packages and training plans both in Arabic and English language.
- Participate in the Training of teachers and supervisors according to the requirements of the curricula and training.
- Participate in training trainers in companies according German standards in cooperation with German chamber and other international academic partners
- Conduct skills gap analyses companywide
- Monitoring the educational and training process, deviations, and developing and following up corrective measures
- Design detailed educational curriculum, including dates, topics and number of hours required per course
- Create engaging training course content (videos, quizzes and activities)
- Set learning objectives for each course
- Determine evaluation criteria
- Organize physical and digital resources for instructors and trainees
- Provide manuals and guidelines on how to use online training material
- Follow up with trainees and instructors after each course and collect feedback
- Keep track and analyze international score results
- Research and recommend modern educational methods
Job Requirements
- Education: BSc degree in Education or relevant field
- Years of Experience: 3- 5 Years of Experience
- Work experience as a Curriculum Designer, Instructional Designer or similar role
- Good Command of English Language
- Hands-on experience with Learning Management Software
- Familiarity with video editing software
- Basic HTML and Flash programming knowledge
- Ability to write clear instructional copy
