Job Description
- Participate cooperatively with the Paint Senior Section Head in implementing the production plan of the plant and bearing in mind future growth.
- Execute production plans and policies in accordance with the company annual plans and goals.
- Lead, Motivate and Supervise his subordinates in the different production stations.
- Improve employees’ technical competencies and training activities.
- Participate in setting the electrical and mechanical preventive maintenance plans with the maintenance supervisor in his stations
- Ensure that the targeted quality standards are applied before, during and after production.
- Follow up with the audit systems and react with the corrective action to improve the quality to reach the target audit points.
- Provide a convenient and safe work environment for his workers in the different production stations.
- Solve any accidental or frequent production problem and any bottleneck.
- Appraise the performance of his subordinates and checks employee’s reports in his stations.
- Follow up with the health and safety regulations and follow up with the company policy and training systems related to that issue.
- Fully aware of international standards related to Integrated Management
- System (ISO/TS 16949:2002, ISO14001:2004, OHSAS 18001:1999, and BAMC procedures and regulations) in his concerned area.
- Carry out special tasks assigned by Paint manager.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering
- 2-4 years extensive managerial and technical expertise in Automotive Industry
- Strong computer skills
- Excellent user of MS Office applications
- Strong background in spraying , all paint processes and spot repair systems and all paint defects and its trouble shooting
- Excellent managerial and leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent command of English
