Job Description
- Work with Product Managers, stakeholders to prioritize research opportunities in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
- Collect and analyze user behavior through lab studies, field visits, ethnography, surveys, benchmark studies, server logs and online experiments (A/B testing)
- Understand data and the decision making process using the data to be able to effectively tell the story
- Coordinate, inspire all experience deliverable including: competitive audits, experience road maps, interaction design
- Design and deliver wire frames, user stories, user journeys. design proposals, and product specifications and to explain the rationale behind design decisions clearly and in a way that inspires stakeholders.
- Make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core, and new, functions and features
- Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs
Job Requirements
- Five or more years of UX design experience. Preference will be given to candidates who have experience designing complex solutions
- Demonstrated track record of success designing software in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Expertise in standard UX software such as Sketch, OmniGraffle, Axure, InVision, UXPin, Balsamiq, Framer, and the like is a must.
- A solid grasp of user-centered design (UCD), planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability and accessibility concerns.
- Ability to iterate designs and solutions efficiently and intelligently including the creation of multiple design options with a focus on balancing feature richness with complexity of implementation and budget impact. Ability to work with clients to understand detailed requirements and design complete user experiences that meet client needs and vision.
- Be passionate about resolving user pain points through smart solutions.
- Be open to receiving feedback and constructive criticism.
- Be passionate about all things UX and other areas of design and innovation. Research and showcase knowledge in the industry’s latest trends and technologies.
- Experience in UI design is a plus.
