Job Description
- Suppliers & Drivers Acquisition,
- Manage lead conversion through digital & offline channel, social media ads, walk-In leads, referrals
- Directly responsible for incremental fleet size for all Truck vehicles types
- Conducting Suppliers Database.
- Building a strong relationship with our existing suppliers to enhance the process.
- Allocating the new suppliers/Drivers based on the demand request received from sales.
- Coordinating with the on-ground experience team daily to make sure that the demanded supply is fulfilled and find immediate replacements in case of missing trucks.
- Meet the Suppliers /drivers and agree on the rates of monthly rental modules or on demand requests and the operation requirements and prepare the contract according to the agreement reached .
- Providing up to date prices to update the pricelist calculator.
Job Requirements
- 1- 3 years of experience in suppliers relationship management.
- Communication and negotiation Skills
- Good Command of English & Computer skills
- Basic Analytical Skills
- Owning a Car is a must
