Job Description
- Driving the creative team in brainstorming, conceptualizing, and implementing master visual, and campaign concepts.
- Manage multiple projects from concept through completion.
- Follow up and directing a team of designers, and guiding them through implementation of their work.
- Set the deadlines of projects, and ensure all creative work is delivered on time in line with our Marketing Department.
- Monitoring photo shooting quality along with guidance.
- Review designs for errors before printing or publishing them.
- Reporting directly to Marketing Manager and advise on designer requirements, capabilities and performance.
Job Requirements
- Applied Arts or Fine Arts Graduate or any related universities
- Being a strategic thinker who is full of on-brief creative ideas.
- An impressive portfolio and a flair for strong, concept based design.
- A proven track record of delivering great creative concepts.
- Minimum of 7 years’ total experience and 3 years as an Art Director working at international/local advertising agencies.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe design suite (AI, Photoshop, etc…
- Skill set for print. Web and aftereffect is a plus.
- Proficiency in 3D Max is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills.
