Senior Application Support is needed at Andalusia Health Care Group

Key Responsibilities

Modify existing software to correct errors, to adapt it to new hardware and improve User experience within sing different hospital information systems.
Ensures that employees are registered at the Medical system at each site and hardware efficiency.
Advise about, or perform, maintenance of software system.
Be part of the team regarding the development and maintenance of system recovery plans in the event of power failure, damage to system, etc.
Testing new technologies according to business Needs.
Analyze information to determine any modification required for an existing system.
Responsible for installation of any software system.
Possessing specialist knowledge of operating systems, devices, applications and software.
Providing technical support to teams within the organization when required.
Assisting with systems integrations.
Managing ticketed query system and ensuring comprehensive database of queries and resolutions is kept up to date.
Maintaining and updating technical documents and procedures.
Identifying and resolving technical issues.
Delivering regular and customized training to teams within the business.
Use technology to improve business performance and strategy.

ALEXANDRIA resident is must
Age (25-30 )
3-5 years of Experience in IT .
Considerable Knowledge of different programing languages, SQL queries and development methods and techniques
Considerable knowledge of capabilities, utilization, and limitations of data bases architecture
Good knowledge of IP addressing and TCP/IP networking
Strong knowledge of network management practices and procedures

Education:

Exposure to both shared and external contracting solutions, as well as support of in-house information and communication systems in a multi-site client-server environment.
Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows, Mac and Linux.
Good command of English.
