Job Description
Main Duties:
- Coordination between the sales, warehouse and logistics departments
- Allocating all products (Samsung , Etisalat , Massary , T.V and Home appliances) after analyzing the weekly run rates , stock level , models classification for each channel
- Rotating & refilling between branches not to loss any confirmed sales opportunity
- Putting the after sales in the top priority by allocating the required models after below:
- Receiving the weekly warranty stock with the approved QTY from Samsung to be replaces
- Analysis the pending approval or replacement and offering upgrade or refund
- Maintaining the availability of the full portfolio in the Retail stores
