To operate, observe and collect data from all machinery and equipment in his area of responsibility as per operating procedures and safety regulations to maintain plant productivity.
To perform local operations as instructed according to approved procedures to reach the on-spec final product.
To monitor, observe and collect data from local control panels and instruments of the different systems ensuring stable and efficient plant operation.
To detect, solve and report any abnormalities or malfunctions in the equipment or facilities in order to maintain plant reliability.
To prepare, follow-up and report maintenance activities of the equipment and facilities ensuring safety for personnel and preservation of the equipment.
To report hazards, incidents or accidents and participate in the study and analysis of the route cause to prevent escalation and recurrence.
To engage in putting under control any emergency situation according to ERP and related procedures to prevent losses in humans and Company assets.
To follow-up housekeeping tasks to eliminate safety hazards and maintain clean working environment.
To participate in sample collections for analysis and plant performance monitoring.
To handover Shift Log, report and activities to the incoming shift Field Operator to ensure proper and smooth plant operation.
