About the Job
  • Studying the condition of the subsidiary companies according to the request of the manager and within the authority of the parent company to evaluate the financial situation and fulfill any proposals regarding the supply of long term loans and make recommendations to the general manager
  • Provide professional assistance and advice to projects and subsidiaries, at their request or as a representative of the parent company in accounting matters, including assisting in the selection and qualification of accountants and selecting the external auditor, especially in the stage of establishing a new company or starting an independent project.
  • To carry out all communications with banks and financial institutions in order to secure the necessary funding for the company or its subsidiaries to strengthen its operations and financial conditions.
  • Performing the consolidation and consolidation of accounts of the parent company and the accounts of the subsidiary through the participation with the head of the central accounting department with work on preparing the consolidated reports and submitted to the Director of Finance for review and approval.
  • Permanent coordination with internal and external auditors of the company and discuss with them about the accounting procedures followed with the answer to any queries about the documents or accounting accounts or policies in the recording of accounting operations.
  • Participation in the discussions within the sessions or committees that are held in relation to ways of financing the proposed projects with coordination between companies or other institutions that participated in those projects and agree on details of the contribution and method of payment of the value of shares or shares.
  • Submitting proposals regarding the management and transfer of funds between subsidiaries according to need in order to develop cooperation among them and submit these proposals to the Director General and discussthem with the Board of Directors and follow the necessary procedures to implement these proposals.
  • Meeting with the heads of the other departments in the Department of Financial Affairs to discuss coordination and cooperation in order to raise the efficiency of planning and financial control at the level of the company.
  • Facilitate the assistance and work of the external auditor of the Group's accounts, taking into account the auditor's observations after the discussion.
  • Coordinate with the external auditors and facilitate their tasks in order to audit and prepare the general budget of the Parent Company and the full budget of the Group.
  • Pursuing, collecting and maintaining statements of accounts of debtors and creditors with an examination of the maturity schedules of the receivables.
  • To communicate on behalf of the company to financial institutions such as insurance companies, banks and others, while working to resolve issues related to the company's finances such as problems of opening documentary credits, granting facilities or opening accounts.
  • Create good relations with the creditors of companies and banks and their customers with contact with the official bodies and entities that deal with the company from the financial point of view.
  • Review all financial agreements and contracts with recommendations to the Director of Financial Affairs.
  • Evaluation and review of all contracts and any other obligations between the company and other parties with work on the audit in terms of content and form and in terms of compliance with the general law and the rules of procedure and the estimated discretionary support.
