Job Description
- Handle all spare part shipments, checking, and provide full receiving report.
- Receive spare part GRN on SAP
- Manage spare parts movement between spare part WH and L1 & L4 or vice versa .
- To regularly and effectively communicate with colleagues, suppliers and other in order to maintain to bring excellent professional working relationships and ensure smooth operation of the business.
- Work with different spare parts items able to recognize each model part and tracking for delivering spare part to concentrative parties
- Submitting clear and accurate reports of works carried out, with clear recommendations for any further work required from field.
- Organizing routine servicing schedules.
- Handel ,check and receiving Spare parts
- Communicating with direct Managers on job progression.
Job Requirements
- Aware about mobile phones industry.
- Ability to make the categorization per each item and model
- Aware about service and after sales routine procedures.
- Good knowledge about material handling different mobile phones components and main spare part recognition
- Ability to work on computer different applications.
- Ability to work on – Word, Excel, Outlook
- Has a good knowledge about Health and Safety concepts at after sales service centres or WH.
- Should be able to organize the work and time efficiently and to work supportively within a team.
- Good communication skills both written and oral
- Good organizational skills.
- Good Knowledge about Mobile phones Smart/Feature & Tablets H/W different spare parts.
- 1-3 years experienced in same filed.
- Located in Cairo , or near to this area.
- Males Only.
- Electrical /electronic and communication technician are preferred.
