Job Description
- Achieve own territory distributors Sales Targets and contribute to overall team performance (Volume, Gross profit, Proceeds and Payment terms Targets) through new business, cross sell, up sell and pro-active price management.
- Work with Sales Manager and relevant stakeholders to successfully execute Sector and Key Account Plans.
- Fully adopt and use the Sales tools, understanding & meeting Sales Expectations & Behavioral standards
- To understand and achieve the Sales Expectations & Behavioral standards
- Provide consistent & accurate input to the forecast sales process.
- Adhere to the Life Saving Rules, ensuring that behavior reflects Proserv HSE culture and policy whether at our premises, traveling or at customer sites
- monitor of the overall distributors performance:
- Volume, Gross profit, Proceeds and Payment terms Targets
- Sales Productivity performance indicators: Pipeline Management (CPT), Distributor business plans
- Ensure there are Distributor contracts and Business plans in place. Drive the development of Distributor network.
- Identify what drives each distributor and what Proserv can offer as a DVP to ensure a competitive edge in the market.
Job Requirements

- Negotiation skills
- Previous Experience at Industrial lubricant sales is preferable
- Mechanical Engineering or Electrical engineering major is preferable.
