Job Description
- The focal point with vendor’s products managers.
- Responsible for internal awareness to services staff as well externally to customers about the new releases and new products.
- Meeting with customer to define customer needs.
- Conduct the applications presentations on customer site or online.
- Arrange with services departments for live demo in case requested by customer.
- Define the solutions fit with customer needs.
- Prepare the proposals with solutions according to vendor’s part numbers without prices.
- Assure the proposals from services departments after they add the needed implementation days and annual support figures.
- Send the proposals to sales account manager to pricing the solutions according to vendor’s price list , then sales account manager send the commercial proposals to customer .
Job Requirements
- From 6 : 9 Years of experience
- Bachelors degree in technical area (Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science)
- Presentation skills, communication skills, negotiation skills, Team player, leadership and motivator, customer & service oriented, objective oriented and flexible
- Ability to discuss and quickly understand application operational issues and configurations with customers.
- Must be a strong presenter, with high enthusiasm and strong sales skills.
