Job Description
- Prepare quality plans for any changes in the company pre-assessed system/activity.
- Responsible for the implementation of the auditing program and all relevant activities.
- Handle external audits and follow up on the implementation of corrective/preventive action plans.
- Investigate customer complaints.
- Handling product recalls.
- Responsible for quality risk management.
- Supervising deviations.
- Supervising returned drug products.
- Responsible for supplier and service provider qualification.
- Provide employee training on compliance-related topics, policies, or procedures
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Science
- +5 years of experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
