Bilingual Recruiter (Spanish/English)

Role & Responsibilities:

• Source candidates, manage workforce demands, and develop networks to ensure a constant flow of qualified candidates using various tools such as social media, etc.
• Phone screen and conduct CBI interviews to recruit prospective employees.
• Communicate with sourced candidates to build a diverse pool of talent.
• Manages applicant tracking system and creates reports.
• Create a pipeline of talent for current and future positions.
• Assist with various recruitment activities and initiatives.
• Communicate effectively with clients.
