Job Description
Architectural Project Manager (Office)
- Job description includes but is not limited to the following:
- Team leading technical work drawings
- Review Drawings
- Coordinate with Consultants
- Setting goals and targets for each work phase
- Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
Job Requirements
- Minimum 10 years work experience
- Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering
- Experience in a similar role.
- Sound knowledge of Engineering, Architecture, and design.
- Great leadership and organizational skills.
- Superb project management skills.
- Ability to apply logical and critical thinking skills to projects.
- Great written and verbal communication skills.
- A willingness to learn.
