Job Description
- Handle all the recruitment processes for blue collars starting from screening of C.Vs, selecting potential candidates for initial HR interviews and prepare shortlists for the accepted ones.
- Select the most appropriate and cost-efficient recruitment method and coordinate with different recruitment agencies in fulfilling the Company’s manpower demands.
- Advertising all vacancies internally through the company’s network and externally through various media channels and outlets.
- Scheduling technical interviews for shortlisted candidates with Line Managers and communicate it accordingly.
- Follow up with the Line Manager regarding the performance of newly hired employees during the three months' probation period and take necessary actions towards unsatisfactory ones.
- Follow up & review with the technical managers regarding the monthly of the labors and finalizing the recognition process for the blue coolers
- Handling the Performance Management system for the blue coolers.
- Find a new sources for hiring bulk employees
- plan, organize & attending open days of hiring (inside / outside of company)
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree.
- 2-4 years of experience in Recruitment (blue Collar).
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Planning & Organizing Skills
- Good Knowledge of English.

- Factory / FMCG experience is preferred
