- Taking active role in CRM (MS Dynamics) projects, customer service sectoral structure and system analysis in projects
- Maintaining personal communication in CRM (MS Dynamics) customer service and continuing software consultancy
- In addition, it conducts research and development studies with sector-specific packaging solutions
- To take an active role as a Consultant in CRM projects of internal or customer (local / international)
- Strong understanding of the Dynamics D365 platform.
- Take part in all project phases: analysis, design, implementation and change management
- Preparing mockups (with proper tools) which covers business requirements before going into the implementation.
- Addressing business requirements with technical constraints and map them with out-ot-the-box CRM capabilities or supported CRM customizations.
- Writing technical documentation for planned work.
- Understanding and configuring CRM security model (Roles, Permissions, Business Units) as per business requirements.
- Configuring Dynamics 365 entities, forms, views and dashboards.
- Implementing CRM customizations, workflows. (Plugin development experience is preferable but not a must)
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree / Master’s Degree preferably in Computer Science / Electrical & Electronics Engineering / Telecommunication.
- Experience in Finance / Banking Industry with at least 4 years of experience in IT with minimum 2 years of MS CRM Consulting experience
- Experienced in product development
- Experienced in MS Project and TFS
- Communication, analysis, reporting and presentation experience
