Job Description
Main Duties:
- Acting as an administrator between the client & the internal departments
- Follow up and maintain current accounts on a daily bases to keep them satisfy & loyal to our co.
- Identifying the needs of each of the current & potential customers, and formulating proposals accordingly.
- Making initial contact with potential customers and arranging meetings & presentations.
- Managing accounts and expansion activities.
- Editing job orders, briefings & summarizing client's needs.
- Receiving design amends & corrections from the client & forwarding it to the design studio.
- Editing reports.
Job Requirements
- The account manager should follow up with clients but must have experience in marketing and advertising, digital marketing, offset and printing for 1 year or less
- Minimum 1 year experience in similar position
- University degree relative to the job duties.
- Excellent communication, presentation & time management skills.
- Fluent in English & computer skills.
