Job Description

  • Communicate with existing customers by phone and answer their queries.
  • See and answer technical support tickets received from customers, or direct them to the relevant department.
  • Providing technical and professional advice to clients.
  • Solve customer problems before escalating them to management.
  • Find alternative solutions for the user.

Job Requirements

Conditions

  • B.A. in Accounting from a state university
  • Minimum work experience of two to a maximum of 5 years as an accountant
  • Knowledge of ERP programs or one of the accounting programs and work on them for a minimum of two years. Good, if any.
  • Passing technical interview  

Skills required:

  • The ability to focus and understand quickly.
  • Has a good knowledge of using Excel and Office programs.
  • The ability to communicate in Arabic and English in a clear and effective way, including reporting.
  • The ability to take responsibility.
  • Discipline of work schedules.
  • Craftsmanship and precision in mastering the work.
  • Entrepreneurship, cooperation and flexibility.
