Job Description
- Gathering client requirements, in collaboration with product managers and analysts.
- Translate business needs, user requirements, and technology constraints into solution concepts that are meaningful, easy to use, and engaging.
- Illustrating design ideas using storyboards, process flows and wireframes.
- Design elegant solutions for iOS, Android and web applications, according to business needs.
- Designing UI elements, like forms, menus, tabs, tables and widgets.
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems then providing advice and guidance.
- Follow style guidelines for fonts, colors, and icons when implementing CRs to prior products or projects.
Job Requirements
- Knowledge of UI/UX tools such as Adobe products (XD, Illustrator & Photoshop), Figma and Miro.
- Up-to-date with the latest UI trends.
- Deep understanding of the UI guidelines and best practices for major platforms (iOS, Android, web application).
- Understanding of interaction design principles.
- Familiarity with (NN group) Jakob's usability heuristics.
- Familiarity with UI standards (such as: Labels are secondary).
- Experience in large scale web apps, CRM, eCommerce, accounting, inventory, point of sale, project management, B2B platforms, etc.
- Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with our UX team, different teams (Front-end, Android, and iOS developers) and various stakeholders to create great experiences.
- A team player but can work independently too.
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills.
