Job Description
- Contact current or potential customers to promote products or services.
- Set appointments, meet & present new/existing products for customers.
- Present, promote new products, and offering special deals.
- Target on client requests through multiple choice
- Confirming sales actions, prices, contract terms, and payments.
- Advising customers about delivery schedules and after-sales service.
- Keeping in contact with existing customers in person and by telephone.
- Track local market conditions and competition opportunity
- Attend Real Estate events, conferences, and seminars and keeping up with industry trends.
- Reporting sales trends to Sales Management/department manager

Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree.
- Proven work experience minimum 2 years as a Sales Representative (preferably in real estate)
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
