Job Description
- Follow-up with leads to increase sales
- Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales
- Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs , then show properties that meet those needs
- Oversee the entire process from property listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience
- Attract prospective clients to promote new business
- Provide financial information and analytical data to the potential buyer or seller.
- Visit and show several sites and explain features of homes.
- Determine best method of payments and review financials.
- Ensure all paperwork is properly filled out.
- Ensure a property is updated and ready for sale.
- Act as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers over property prices and settlement details, and during the closing of sales.
- Compare properties with similar properties to determine fair market price.
- Adjust price if necessary.
Job Requirements
- Past commercial sales experience is must
- Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills
- Self-motivation and drive
- Show good organizational and time management skills
- Technology driven and MS Office friendly use
- CRM experience is preferred
- Have local knowledge of the community and market conditions to answer questions about potential properties in the surrounding neighborhood
