Job Description

  • Follow-up with leads to increase sales
  • Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales
  • Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs , then show properties that meet those needs
  • Oversee the entire process from property listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience
  • Attract prospective clients to promote new business
  • Provide financial information and analytical data to the potential buyer or seller.
  • Visit and show several sites and explain features of homes.
  • Determine best method of payments and review financials.
  • Ensure all paperwork is properly filled out.
  • Ensure a property is updated and ready for sale.
  • Act as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers over property prices and settlement details, and during the closing of sales.
  • Compare properties with similar properties to determine fair market price.
  • Adjust price if necessary.

Job Requirements

  • Past commercial sales experience is must
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills
  • Self-motivation and drive
  • Show good organizational and time management skills
  • Technology driven and MS Office friendly use
  • CRM experience is preferred
  • Have local knowledge of the community and market conditions to answer questions about potential properties in the surrounding neighborhood
