Job Description
One of the most Reputable Nurseries based in Alexandria is currently looking for an experienced Manager to successfully join their team!
- Responsible for managing all the day to day operations of the nursery and therefore must be able to think on your feet, multi task and delegate effectively.
- Keeping on top of the daily paperwork necessary and must be passionate about working in childcare and be experienced in tracking children’s progress.
Working Conditions:
- Working Days: Sunday - Thursday
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- The applicant must be resident in Alexandria.
- 2+ years' relevant supervisory experience
- English proficiency is a must
Background & experience:
- Excellent knowledge of Early Years learning requirements
- Great understanding and practical experience of nursery care for young children
- Great understanding and practical experience of child development and parenting
- Experience of working in similar role is essential
- Secure knowledge of how babies develop and the ability to apply this to your practice
- Working knowledge of safe guarding children
- Knowledge of learning and development of children and how to monitor this
- Great understanding and practical experience of child development and parenting
- Excellent Knowledge in Early years inspection
- Experience in quality Staff performance management
- Skilled in dealing with Parents, building strong parent partnership, maintaining positive partnerships
