Job Description
- Checking the E-Mails of Import Air & Sea .
- Opening new files of Air & Sea and write it on the report.
- Opening C&F files and write it on the report.
- Reviewing the B/L of Air & Sea.
- Follow up with the old clients through phone and mail.
- Checking with the shipping lines on the arrival date of the ships.
- Reviewing the S/O.
- Follow up with the Customer Service regarding the new updates of the shipment.
- Preparing the shipment papers after finishing them to be sent to the client.
