Job Description
A Web Designer is required for an expanding web development house in Maadi.
Responsibilities of the job include:
- Creating website designs
- Producing sample sites
- Meeting with clients to discuss requirements and/or project progress
- Demonstrating and receiving feedback about draft sites
- Keeping up to date with recent technological and software developments
- Writing and editing content
- Designing web page layout
- Determining technical requirements
- Updating websites
- Creating back up files
- Solving code problems
- Creating products that are user-friendly, effective and appealing
- Digital retouching and image editing
- Delivering reports about excising designs
- Working as part of a multidisciplinary team
Job Requirements
- BSc in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent degree.
- Minimum 2 Years of Experience as Web Designer.
- Basic SEO Knowledge
- Optimizing web-pages load speed
- Animation (CSS3 and jQuery)
- Developing skills and expertise in appropriate frameworks/programming languages such as CSS3, HTML and Javascript, jQuery and Bootstrap.
