Know about the equipment, materials, and supplies used in the industry and their suppliers for electromechanical scope of work.
Evaluate new and existing suppliers and subcontractors and negotiates purchase agreements with them.
Procure equipment, materials, and systems complying with the project quality and specification requirements for MEP works.
Procure materials and subcontract in a timely manner within the approved budget cost.
Ensure on-time delivery of equipment and materials to the support site installation works as per the approved work program.
Ensure compliance with management approved procedures and policies with respect to time, cost and quality.
Prepare documentation for internal process as per ISO standards.
Excess materials from sites shall be returned back to central stores when needed.
Develop and maintain good relationship with suppliers and subcontractors.
Maintain company reputation and credibility by fair dealings and prompt payment.
Generate PO for services and materials.
Conduct vendor evaluation and registration.
Contracts issuance for the sub-contractors with all related and needed negotiations for terms of contract according to project need
Solving and coordinating any conflicts with the sub-contractors and operation or technical departments.
Transferring all required data for pricing with the sub-contractors such as material type, brand name as per approved vendor list.
