Job Description
- Perform maintenance reminder follow-up calls on a daily basis as per the provided work sequence sheet.
- Call customers in a polite and professional manner.
Proceed with customer follow up phone call as per the recommended dialog for maintenance reminder - Promote appointment to the customer and make an appointment as per the work sequence sheet
- Report any irregularities to the MRS supervisor as per the work sequence sheet
Update Customer and Vehicle information in the Database.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Must be formed Sadat / Monofiya residence.
