Job Description
- Responsible for running projects from concept to completion at ALL levels of design.
- Responsible for the project’s design program, by using their in-depth knowledge of design time-lines.
- Responsible for understanding the brief & vision for the project & implementing it into the concept design.
- Responsible for understanding the contractual obligations between the designer, contractor and the client.
- Producing high end professional client presentation boards and booklets.
- Leading all design site visits and meetings with contractors, consultants and clients.
- Compiling and promptly issuing meeting minutes
- Supporting the general well-being of the team and its productivity.
Job Requirements
- Excellent design and drafting skills and proficiency with computer-aided design (CAD).
- Professional experience using 3D Max, Revit .
- A keen eye for detail, as well as the ability to see the bigger picture of a project
- Organizational, project management and planning skills, including the ability to juggle multiple tasks
- An analytical mind with excellent problem-solving and mathematical ability
- Leadership skills as well as the ability to work well within a team of other professionals
