Job Description
- Communicating with subject matter expert and different stakeholders to produce different types of documentation including end-user or technical documentation.
- Examples of produced material are: user guides, deployment guides, operation manuals, administration manuals, deployment and troubleshooting guides, computer-based training material, training labs and presentations.
- Creating technical content using the suitable tools (WriteIT provides training and mentoring on using different tools) during the required time frame
- Creating professional templates to use them while writing
- Applying customer feedback
- Localizing software user Interfaces to best fit user experience
- Handling the linguistic and usability revision of the software user interfaces.
Job Requirements
- Fresh graduates to 3 Years experience (A technical writing on-job training and mentoring will be provided by the company)
- Proficiency in Arabic and English languages (Written & Spoken) – Mastering French language is a plus
- Ability to analyze customer needs
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Commitment to deadlines
- Reachable whenever required
- Detailed oriented and meticulous.
