Assist and create opportunities for talented STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) innovators to develop future Electronics, M2M, IOT cloud-based solutions that can turn into marketable and commercial products locally and globally.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop Intakes plans and implement them, assist in writing operational plans, keep track of the Incubation processes.
- Be the focal point of incubated teams regarding day-to-day support including the utilization of other EiTESAL eligible services.
- Monitor the progress of the incubated companies and actively helping to grow them.
- Develop the mentors and consultants network for the Incubator and work with them to make the Incubated venture successful.
- Creating online operational follow up reporting system
- Prepare all required reports and maintain a comprehensive set of records on all tenant activity.
Job Requirements
- Passion for innovation & entrepreneurship, in ICTE with balanced experience in technology, finance / fund raising, and PR exposure. Certifications and/or qualifications in these aspects is privileged.
- Entrepreneurial drive and experience of 4+ years.
- Proven experience and understanding of policy, advocacy, evaluation, business, and finance
- Strong leadership and project management skills (goal-setting, organization, and implementation)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent quantitative and analytical skills
