Job Description
- Develops specific plans to ensure revenue growth in all company’s projects.
- Assess in conducting Market Researches to develop an understanding of the competition, opportunities and customers.
- Plan, develop and execute sales strategies and plans for each project.
- Going over the week’s events and schedules.
- Formulates all sales policies, practices and procedures.
- Interprets short- and long-term effects on sales strategies in operating profit.
- Listening and assessing clients’ suggestions, needs and requests.
- Reporting minutes of meetings (Staff/ Clients) to head office.
- Reaching sales targets and submitting periodic status reports.
- Monitoring presence and upkeep of sales Office.
- Ensuring the development, performance, and conduct of each employee working in the Sales Department.
- Assign work to and direct activities of each employee.
- Professional e-Sales techniques.
- Review work and provide feedback to employees.
Job Requirements
- Experience in strategic planning and execution of real estate investment sales with proven knowledge of structuring sales quota goals and meeting revenue expectations.
- Leadership skills are required.
- Experience in sales in the real estate field (5 years experience).
- University degree.
- Oracle is a plus.
- Presentable.
- Presentation skills.
- Working place in New Cairo.
