Job Description

  • Responsible for the social insurance process and all official needs including governmental forms.
  • Handling medical insurance including communication between the Insurance company and our employees.
  • Handling the labor permit and all relatives.
  • Deals with governmental External offices such as Labor, Social insurance offices, etc.
  • Handles all related staff social insurance procedures and issue regular reports as required.
  • Responsible for labor office and insurance payments.
  • Maintains personnel files in compliance with applicable requirements and make it up to date.
  • Record the hiring/termination processes and all relatives on SAP System.
  • Record the vacations, Permissions, and missions on SAP system.
  • Handling the errors of time on SAP System.
     

Job Requirements

  • Nonsmoker
  • Males Only
  • Bachelor's degree in commerce.
  • From 1-2 Years of experience.
  • Very good in English.
  • Computer proficiency (MS Office).
  • Good knowledge of SAP system.
  • Very good knowledge of labor and insurance law.
  • Ability to deal with governmental entities.
