Job Description
- Responsible for the social insurance process and all official needs including governmental forms.
- Handling medical insurance including communication between the Insurance company and our employees.
- Handling the labor permit and all relatives.
- Deals with governmental External offices such as Labor, Social insurance offices, etc.
- Handles all related staff social insurance procedures and issue regular reports as required.
- Responsible for labor office and insurance payments.
- Maintains personnel files in compliance with applicable requirements and make it up to date.
- Record the hiring/termination processes and all relatives on SAP System.
- Record the vacations, Permissions, and missions on SAP system.
- Handling the errors of time on SAP System.
Job Requirements
- Nonsmoker
- Males Only
- Bachelor's degree in commerce.
- From 1-2 Years of experience.
- Very good in English.
- Computer proficiency (MS Office).
- Good knowledge of SAP system.
- Very good knowledge of labor and insurance law.
- Ability to deal with governmental entities.
