Job Description
- The technical expertise and leadership for the overall plant and equipment (mechanical & electrical) systems.
- Develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation
- Carry out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues
- Check electrical and hydraulic systems of buildings to ensure functionality
- Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities
- Allocate workload and supervise upkeep staff.
- Monitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance
- Manage relationships with contractors and service providers
- Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities
- Ensure health and safety policies are complied with
- Identify current and future maintenance requirements by establishing rapport with management, engineering, production, technicians, and other persons in a position to understand maintenance requirements.
- Direct maintenance operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures
Job Requirements
- Excellent troubleshooting and analysis skills with a sense of urgency
- Proven experience as Assistant Maintenance Manager.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- Demonstrated ability to build a team and work across functional boundaries
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD and other plant automation software
- Passion and alignment with our mission, vision, values & operating principles.
- Familiar with office organization and optimization techniques
- High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Integrity and professionalism
- 5+ years' experience in maintenance
- Good in English written & Spoken.
